The mission of the Brandon Media Centers is to encourage learning and foster the love of reading. The media specialists are proactive partners in providing the entire Brandon community with the necessary tools to be great readers and researchers.
Each Morris Brandon campus has its own Media Center with books appropriate for the grade levels they serve.
The Birthday Book Club is a fundraiser for the Brandon Media Centers. During your child’s birthday month, they will be invited to the media center to attend a birthday celebration where they will select a new book to “donate” to the library. We will place a bookplate honoring your child on the inside of the front cover. Your child will be the first person to check out the book (just a reminder: it is not theirs to keep.It will belong to the library collection). Please note: June and July birthdays will be celebrated in May. August Birthdays will be celebrated in September and summer birthdays will be celebrated in May.
