

APS Meals Available without Pre-Registration
Starting Monday, September 21, APS families no longer need to register or order meals through MySchoolBucks. APS will provide free meals to all children (ages 1-18) in all communities throughout the District.
APS will continue to offer students the weekly 5-day meal kits (5-breakfast meals and 5-lunch meals) by bus delivery and curbside pick-up. Bus delivery stops can be found HERE. Nutrition will discontinue the Tuesday Express meal service.
Gifted Testing Parent Referral Window is OPEN
Tuesday, September 1, 2020, through Wednesday, September 30, 2020
Request a form to refer your child for gifted program eligibility testing this school year – Click Here for a video orientation and link to the electronic parent referral form. Gifted eligibility testing will take place early in the spring semester this school year.

Order My Meals Deadline is Monday, Sep. 7 at 11:59 PM
The next meal distribution is Monday, Sep 7. All APS families must pre-order meals for each week through the MySchoolBucks online pre-order system. Those orders must be placed no later than one week before distribution.

Morris Brandon Learning Materials Pick Up Plan
Tuesday, August 18 and Wednesday, August 19
Parents will pull up to the designated area with the following placed in their windshield (one for each child for who you are picking up materials):
- Name of Student (Last First)
- Grade
- Homeroom Teacher
Bags will be placed in the trunk of the car.
K-12 DISTRICT RECORDS REQUEST
Effective April 20, 2020, in an effort to provide an enhanced and more secure service for our transfer students, all records requests for our former students in grades K-12 must be made online using our new student record request system, K12 ScribTransfer, by Scribbles Software. Fax, phone calls, emails and mail will no longer be accepted.
