As we look forward to celebrating the legacy of 70 years of excellence at Morris Brandon Elementary:

- The first presidential speech aired on television (Harry S Truman) —
- A farmer in Roswell, New Mexico reports ‘unidentifiable debris’ in his sheep pasture —
- “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” was the number 1 pop song in US —
- And Morris Brandon Elementary welcomed neighborhood families to its modern, gleaming campus on Howell Mill Road.
