Morris Brandon Learning Materials Pick Up Plan

Tuesday, August 18 and Wednesday, August 19

Parents will pull up to the designated area with the following placed in their windshield (one for each child for who you are picking up materials):

• Name of Student (Last First)
• Grade
• Homeroom Teacher

Bags will be placed in the trunk of the car.

Any items students will be returning will be placed in a bin (library books, textbooks, technology for students leaving APS).

We highly recommend that all student items are picked up during these times. If you are unable to pick student items up, please arrange for someone to pick up these items for you. YES! You may come at anytime, either day, between 8am – 2pm.

Any unclaimed materials will be placed in the front office of the designated grade level (MC or PC), labeled with students’ names and teachers. 

If you are unable to arrange for pick up, unclaimed materials will be placed in the front office of the designated grade level (MC or PC), labeled with students’ names and teachers. As soon as possible, (AFTER August 19th), call the campus when you are on the way to pick up your student’s materials. The office staff will place your student’s items outside of the front doors for you to swing by and pick up.
